Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Damaged or defective products.
• Incorrect items received.
• Size exchanges (subject to product availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
5. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Loomsy will bear the return shipping charges.
• For other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may apply.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Minor variations in weave, texture, print, or color are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
